JR Roofing was established in 1986 by John and Kristi Schuller as a sole proprietorship.  It was later incorporated and in 2000 expanded its service area to the Kansas City, Missouri, area.  JR Roofing has grown into an energetic, progressive and optimistic company.  We are determined to provide our customers with a solution that enhances relationship building, thereby creating value second to none in the roofing industry.

Even with the growth of the Kansas City area, JR Roofing retained its office in Le Mars, Iowa, where it all began.  Although John and Kristi were determined to remain dedicated to their customers in the Iowa area, they also realized to ensure they received the degree of service they’d established, the time had come to pass on the torch.

In May 2009, Dean and Kallie Rubendall became the new owners of JR Roofing’s Iowa location.  Dean brings over 15 years roofing experience (including 5 years with JR Roofing prior to ownership) in installation, repair and sales.  Kallie, who also worked for JR Roofing prior to ownership, knows all the ins-and-outs of the roofing business from office to roof top.  John and Kristi Schuller recognize their same values and dedication in Dean and Kallie and are confident they will continue to provide excellent customer service to past and future clients.

JR Roofing’s office is now located in Cleghorn, Iowa.  Our service area includes (but is not necessarily limited to) Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota and Minnesota.  We offer and are certified to install a wide variety of Products and Services, Roof Repair & Maintenance and installation of Commercial and Residential roof systems.  Our experienced staff offers roof consultations that help educate consumers of the options available to them and choose the best value.  Your repair or roof installation is performed by trained, experienced technicians that take pride in their work and believe the number one ingredient to a good roof system is a proper installation.  Trust is the cornerstone of every project no matter how large or small.  When you have JR Roofing install a roof for you today, you have the peace of mind we’ll still be around tomorrow.
