John and Kristi Schuller established JR Roofing in Iowa as a sole proprietorship in 1986. It was later incorporated and in 2000 expanded its service area to the Kansas City, Missouri, area, later changing its name to JR & Co, Inc. JR & Co. has grown into an energetic, progressive and optimistic company. We are determined to provide our customers with a solution that enhances relationship building, thereby creating value second to none in the roofing industry.

Our focus is the commercial flat or low slope market, however, we achieve a considerable share of steep roofing. We intend to grow in all roofing sectors, and are especially excited in the growth of our roof maintenance division.
