Our Safety Mission:

Is to work safely and profitably, so all our project employee’s go home at the end of the day with a little bit more money in their pocket and in the same healthy condition as they came to work that day.

Our Safety Goal:

To build with in our construction program a Safety First Culture. Where correct choices are made which result in Zero Injuries to our employees, consultants and contractors, in the daily execution of their job task assignments.

Our Safety Philosophy:

To Train Employee’s To Make The Right Choices and Empower Them To Stop Unsafe Work Practices.
To Encourage Employee’s To Truly “Be Your Brothers Keeper.”

Execution Strategy:

1. JR & Co. SAFETY PROGAM

Outlines the philosophy and expectations of all JR & Co. personnel when it comes to Safety.

2. JR & Co. Corporate Safety Policy

Drills down to the field execution level of specific safety tasks and issues, which may be encountered in the field.
Identifies the standard by which all projects will be administered.
Emphasizes the requirement for Pre-Task Planning
May include a specific client requirement

3. PROJECT ORIENTATIONS

Lay’s the foundation by which our Field Safety Culture is built, administered and expectations are set for all those coming on site.
From a field perspective provides the philosophy and expectations by which ALL field workers will create, take responsibility for and execute the “Safety First Culture” for each project site.
Orientations will be conducted for all new personnel
